This Cobra Fortis is controlled by a three-way drive facility which allows the blades to be disengaged without stopping the engine, convenient for emptying the large 75 litre grassbox and for powered manoeuvres around the garden. Also, when mowing in awkward corners or around trees, you can disengage the drive for manual control.

Features such as foam-cushioned handles, a larger, more manageable throttle and micro-set cutting height adjuster are all designed to make mowing the lawn a positive pleasure. The Steel front roller features on the Fortis 20B, ensuring a more defined stripe and even comes with the cast ribbed split-differential roller. The benefit of the the Fortis 20B is powered by a 127cc 4hp Briggs & Stratton XR550 Series engine which runs on the latest E10 fuel, the self-propelled Fortis 20B has an easy recoil start and heavy-duty drive system.

This Cobra Fortis 20B even has the ability quick change cartridge system allows you to not only remove the blade cassette for re-grinding or replacement purposes, but also to turn your lawnmower into a powered rake by substituting the standard six-bladed cassette with the Cartridge Lawn Scarifier cassette accessory. Also available is the 10 bladed Cartridge cassette to ensure an even finer cut. 

Other interchangeable carridges include: Lawn brush, Aerator, Dethatcher, Turf Rake and Verticut.
